Overview

Hidden Tapsihan Plus, located along Centennial Road in Kawit, Cavite, stands out as a fast food spot specializing in classic Filipino tapsi dishes. Its menu centers on hearty plates such as tapsilog, lechon kawali paired with fried rice and egg, daing na bangus, and comforting lomi chopsuey. These traditional flavors are crafted to satisfy those craving a filling, familiar meal.

The main attraction here is undoubtedly the lechon kawali, praised by frequent diners for its crispy skin and tender meat. Paired with a sunny side up egg, this dish becomes a favorite for both pork lovers and hesitant eaters alike. Tapsilog also draws a loyal following, known for its flavorful beef tapa that pairs perfectly with garlic rice and egg. The restaurant’s location in Kawit makes it a convenient stop for locals or those passing through who want a quick yet satisfying bite.

The dining experience at Hidden Tapsihan Plus is straightforward and unpretentious. The space is modest, featuring electric fans rather than air conditioning, which contributes to a casual and down-to-earth atmosphere. While the environment fits well with fast food dining, some customers have noted limited curbside parking and occasional concerns with service responsiveness.

Targeting a clientele that values familiar Filipino comfort food served fast, Hidden Tapsihan Plus caters primarily to locals and commuters looking for substantial meals without the frills. Its pricing positions it slightly above other tapsi outlets in the area, but many find the quality and portion size justify this difference.

In sum, Hidden Tapsihan Plus offers a satisfying tapang tapsi experience through its classic dishes and approachable setting. Though not without minor imperfections, it remains a go-to choice for those craving authentic flavors served quickly along one of Cavite’s bustling roads.

Their lechon kawali is the best! At P145, the lechon kawali with fried rice is totally worth it. I always order it with sunny side up egg, for just an additional P10. I am not really a fan of pork, but I can have a serving of their lechon kawali everyday I also like their tapsilog, but it will ruin your diet because it’s so appetizing you’d want extra rice with it

Food is affordable and good except that their vinegar condiment has a dead fly inside the bottle. When i informed one of the staff, she looked shocked, got the bottle of vinegar from me, left me at the counter without a word. Binayaan ko na nga lang.
